By accessing or registering on nsuOne ("the Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and the Student Code of Conduct. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
nsuOne is designed exclusively for the NSUer campus community. Users must provide an active NSU student email address (@northsouth.edu) and verify ownership via email OTP. Providing falsified student identities or impersonating faculty or staff results in immediate account suspension.
Strict Academic Conduct Prohibition
nsuOne is strictly a peer-learning and mentoring platform. Tutors and students must NEVER solicit, offer, or complete graded assignments, midterms, final examinations, or quizzes on behalf of another student. Any evidence of contract cheating or exam malpractice will be reported to NSU administration.
Peer tutors determine their hourly tuition rates within platform guidelines. To maintain platform hosting, verified SMS alerts, and dispute protection, nsuOne deducts a standard 10% service commission from tutor session earnings upon completed payouts.
Every NSU student is entitled to one (1) free 1-on-1 consultation appointment. Subsequent consultation appointments are subject to a nominal fee of ৳30 BDT per session. Consultation appointments are designed for advising guidance, probation recovery planning, and degree audit checks.
Reviews submitted must reflect authentic, personal academic experiences. Submitting intentionally false, defamatory, or abusive feedback regarding university instructors or staff is strictly prohibited.
